DIY Consultation

$225

We will spend 60-90 minutes together, walking and talking through your house, taking detailed notes, and making a plan for you to get your house market ready. At the end of our meeting, you'll have a plan of action and shopping list in hand so you can roll up your sleeves and get to work!

Vacant Staging

$2150

For all homes within 30 miles of Geneva, AL, this staging package includes furniture and decor for the entryway, living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and bathroom for 60 days, with the option to renew or terminate at the 60 day marker. Staging installation and removal will be completed in a professional and timely manner.

Staging Add-Ons

Additional bedroom: $200

Additional living area: $200

Additional bathroom: $50

Window dressings: $15 per panel

(Curtain rods will remain in place at the close of the contract.)

Occupied Workday

Following a consultation, should you decide to call us in for back up, we will come work alongside you for 6-8 hours, using the furnishings in your home to create a space that is livable, but also picture perfect and ready for showings. If you choose to share the workload with us, $100 of your consultation fee will be credited towards your occupied work day.
